"Our tech who came out Initially Calvin was very informative, timely, polite, was great with our little dog. They gave us a Good feeling right from the get go. We have hired them to Replace our system and install an additional filtration system to help a bit with my allergies. The admin services have been very polite, and understanding. We Will keep them servicing our system after install."

"Above & Beyond! I gave this 5 stars because the One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating team did it again -- and this time it was James who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. James is a Comfort Specialist who comes out to the home to inspect the unit prior to providing an estimate for a new system, and he did not disappoint! He was personable and definitely knew his craft. But when he pulled out the tablet and started drawing the blueprint and explaining along the way, so much was learned about our heating and cooling needs. I was so engaged and really wanted to learn more. His ability to explain so a novice could understand was not only impressive but greatly appreciated. We've had several AC companies come out to address the issue but James was able to identify the issue and propose solutions based on our needs and within our budget and that makes a huge difference! So far, this team has been a tough act to follow and remains our top choice for AC & heating! Thank you!"

Chris was our AC specialist / technician and we really appreciated the service and support received today! Chris was personable, knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. He had exceptional customer service skills and welcomed the questions we asked. In fact, he took the time to explain and was open and honest about the work that needed to be performed including upgrades to our current system. We recently joined as Club Members and glad we did! "I was hesitant at first, but thoroughly impressed with my experience with One Hour Heating and Air. Sydney, the customer service representative, informed me exactly what to expect during the process of scheduling a technician to come out and take a look at our heating system. I anticipated it to be very expensive and weeks out, but she was able to provide me with a same-day booking! The technician who arrived, Michael T, was exceptional. I was impressed by his detailed diagnostic and honesty in his work. The experience was overall refreshing. I usually opt for Handyman-style services to save a little money, but this was not overpriced at all, and the professionalism was unmatched."

"Last week Ricardo from One Hour of Elk Grove thoroughly cleaned the air ducts in my 40+ year home for the first time. He was thorough and spent enough time to do the job with little disruption. However, after he left, I noticed that there was an odor coming from one of my air vents. I called One Hour and they immediately set up an appointment and sent Jose to hopefully discover the source. Jose came yesterday, checked things out and found that the problem was an electrical conduit that had actually pushed the air duct out from the wall allowing cold air AND the odor to come through the vent. He sealed the space and now, no odor OR cold air. What a great job! And there was NO charge for the visit and work. Can't get better than that!"

"John Bright cleaned the outside unit & inside unit that no one has done in at least 4 years. He washed down the coils that needs to be done at least once a year. Completely satisfied with his work and know how."

"We recently had an issue with our electric heater and it wouldn’t turn on at all. Temperature dropped from 70 to 58 over the course of a day. We called first thing in the morning and they sent Jordan over to take a look at things. He was there in less than an hour. Super nice guy, respectful and got right to work. Got done with the work fast and was professional the whole time. As a result of the great service we got, we’re definitely using one hour heating and air for our home needs, moving forward. Highly recommend their services! And ask for Jordan, he’ll take great care of you."
