"I was obtaining an estimate on replacing duct work. Joseph was very professional and thorough. He checked the a/c system inside and out. He crawled into the attic, which is a very tight fit. Used thermal imaging to be able to see where any leaks might be. Used other devices to check the pressure of the a/c system to make sure it isn't running too high. Estimate had different types of financing available."
